Personal Training

Personal Training is great to way to get fit. Our certified trainers have a passion for being healthy, fit and active. They work from their heart and are motivated by the love of fitness. They have the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective fitness programs that are designed for each individual's personal health and fitness goals.

We motivate people by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. We will measure your strength and weaknesses with fitness assessments. We also educate you in wellness, including general health and nutrition guidelines. We develop varied and progressive programs which are geared to improving your health and wellness. If you’re looking for one-on-one, small group or even class trainings, we’re here to help.

The scope of our training includes:

  • Knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and basic exercise science.
  • An ability to design individual and group exercise programs tailored to your needs and attainable goals. We will assess you in the beginning and throughout your program. All of our programs are safe and effective. We monitor that you are properly executing your technique.
  • A desire to reach individual health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercise.
  • We motivate you to improve your overall fitness and health.
  • We are dedicated to maintaining personal integrity.

Small Group Training

We offer small group training, which is a workout experience that allows you to train with other people and gain the knowledge from your group. A small group workout allows for a lower financial investment, but maintains the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.

Small group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of creativity and motivation from your trainer. Your trainer is committed to closely supervise movements and make appropriate modifications when necessary. You are closely supervised with movements and trainers make corrections along the way. We inspire to the highest level of fitness. Our trainers design and organize programs that fit within a group dynamic. Small group training is a great opportunity to workout with friends and improve your overall fitness.

Sterling Adult Boot Camp

Train for cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Sterling's Boot Camp is designed for you to get fit and get healthy. Challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly, MAKE FITNESS FUN!

Tuesday / Friday - 5:30-6:30AM

Brooke Adult Boot Camp

When you come to this class expect an overall workout from head-to-toe. Participants experience weight lifting, core, endurance, cardio and hopefully fun.
Tuesday / Thursdays - 9:00-10:00AM

30 Minute Workouts

Looking for a great way to get in shape but have limited time? Our new 30 minute personal training workouts will get you toned for the Spring and Summer. This is a full body, high intensity, interval training working out that includes balance, core, agility and strength.
