15 weeks of Unlimited Training Sessions! Join us this Fall every Friday and Sunday for our Sport Performance Program. Our training focus shifts to In Season Training to include speed, agility, conditioning, core strength, injury prevention, flexibility and post game recovery. In season is a critical time to maintain all of the gains made during the off and pre season and prevent injury.

Athlete of the Month
Congratulations to Michael Houlihan for being our July Athlete of the Month at Sterling’s Team Speed! Mike is a student at Mountain Vista High School where he plays on the Varsity Ice Hockey Team. He also plays for the Foothills Flyers Midget Major AA Hockey Team. When he isn’t playing hockey you can probably find Mike mountain biking or hiking. Read More
Mike has been working with Brandon since April and says that during this time he has learned to “focus on the little details to help gain an extra edge” as well as on “fine tuning his form, and focusing his energy correctly on his quick starts and transitions.” Mike enjoys the one-on-one training he gets that is specialized and focused solely on him here at Sterling’s Team Speed. Brandon says that, “Mike’s work ethic is second to none. He always comes in focused and ready to work hard. He sets a great example for the other athletes that come through our doors and I am proud to be his trainer!” Thanks for all of your hard work Mike! Keep it up.
