15 weeks of Unlimited Training Sessions! Join us this Fall every Friday and Sunday for our Sport Performance Program.  Our training focus shifts to In Season Training to include speed, agility, conditioning, core strength, injury prevention, flexibility and post game recovery. In season is a critical time to maintain all of the gains made during the off and pre season and prevent injury.

Athlete of the Month

Congratulations to Kaylie Breslin for being our August Athlete of the Month at Sterling’s Team Speed!  Kaylie is a student at Regis Jesuit High School where she swims for the Varsity Swim Team.  Other than swimming for Regis Jesuit High School and Aces Swim Club, Kaylie spends her days reading, watching Netflix, filling out wretched college applications and of course, hanging out with her best friend and fellow Team Speed attender, Erin Whitaker.  

Kaylie has been working with Tommy for over a year and during this time she’s improved her overall strength, especially in the upper body strength. In addition to getting Kaylie stronger Tommy has focused on injury prevention drills, which helps ensure she never misses a practice. Kaylie’s favorite thing about Team Speed is it’s individualization. Aces swim practices are extremely fast paced and allow little time to work on what she specifically needs, so it is nice to come in and be able to focus on one area or muscle group that needs a bit more attention than the others at that time.
