Program Overview: Is your athlete ready to gain the tools they need to thrive in sports and build confidence that carries off the field? Our Youth Sports Performance Program and High School Speed & Strength Program are designed for athletes ages 7–12 and 13+ focused on speed, agility, strength, and overall athletic development—all in a fun, supportive, and motivating environment.

This February, give your child the chance to:

  • Improve speed & agility to move better in every sport
  • Develop strength & coordination to reduce injury risk and build athleticism
  • Boost confidence through small wins and skill mastery
  • Stay active & engaged in a positive environment during the spring months

Each class is capped at 25 athletes to ensure personalized attention and coaching.

HS Schedule:


Sundays @ 4:30 pm 
Mondays @ 7:30 pm 
Wednesdays @ 7:30 pm 
Thursdays @ 6:30 pm
