Madi Strecker
Head Coach & Administrative Director
Education: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Health Science with a minor in Exercise Science; NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT); NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).
Experience: Originally from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, Madi grew up playing soccer and softball, with soccer becoming her primary focus from age three through college. She continued her athletic career at Simpson College, where she earned First Team All-Conference honors and was named Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Her athletic background, combined with her education in health and exercise science, has fueled her passion for helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Focus: Madi works with athletes of all ages, with a particular focus on high school and collegiate athletes looking to take the next step in their athletic careers. Her specialties include sport-specific speed development, strength training tailored to individual athlete needs, and return-to-play programming. Her coaching style balances accountability with genuine support, creating an environment where athletes feel challenged, encouraged, and confident throughout their development. She is passionate about teaching athletes how to move safely and effectively while helping them build the physical and mental tools needed for long-term success.
Connection to Team Speed: Madi joined Team Speed in March 2022, but her connection to the program began years earlier as an athlete. At 13 years old, she trained under Team Speed founder Sterling, whose mentorship played a significant role in her athletic development. Inspired by that experience, she set out to become the same kind of positive influence for the next generation of athletes, particularly young women looking for strong role models in sports performance. As Head Coach and Administrative Director, she values Team Speed's collaborative culture and is committed to helping every athlete who walks through the doors become stronger, more confident, and better prepared to pursue their goals.
