High School Speed & Strength Training Classes

SPEED & STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES FOR HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES

Open to All Athletes Ages 13+

If you're a high school athlete looking to improve your speed, strength, and overall athletic performance, our fall small group classes are designed for you. Our expert coaches are here to help you get faster, more powerful, and more explosive on the field or court—all in a supportive, challenging environment.

Fall 2025 Small Group Program


Dates: September 2 – November 25
Schedule: 3x/week – Sun 3:30 PM / Tue 6:30 PM / Thu 6:30 PM
Group Size: Maximum 5 athletes per class
Cost: $125/month (billed 3x: on day of registration, then on Oct 2 and Nov 2) *Call to have your billing start on Sep 2

Because spots are limited, athletes should reserve their spot ahead of time to guarantee a place in each class. They are welcome to “just show up,” but space cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.

Monthly Performance Testing


We will conduct performance testing every month. The tests we run during these sessions include:

  • Vertical Jump
  • Broad Jump
  • Pro-Agility (5-10-5 yards)
  • 10-Yard Sprint
  • Shuttle (300 yards)
  • Push-ups
  • Pull-ups
