Here at Team Speed, our coaches practice what they preach. Their coaching techniques are reliable and effective not only because they studied sports performance training in school, but also because they implement their style of training into their own workouts. This morning, Coach Joe hit a 45 inch standing box jump between squat sets. That's what happens when you're committed to training and pushing yourself past your limits.
