Ready to increase your speed, agility, and power? Our infamous Sports Performance program is back and ready to roll for the winter season. Train for 10 weeks January through March.


  • Speed, Agility & Conditioning
  • Explosive Power: Plyometrics, Jumping, Landing, First Step Quickness
  • Strength: Upper & Lower Body Weight Strength (will not have access to as many weights in the winter space)
  • Flexibility: Foam Rolling, Stretching, Muscle Activation
  • Injury Reduction: Identify Correct Muscular Imbalances, Stabilization


January 3 - March 11, 2021
Unlimited Access to 60-Minute Training Sessions 3x per Week

    4:30pm - High School
    5:30pm - Elementary

  • Saturday

    8:00am - High School

Covid-19 Protocols

Training will take place in a large 12,000 SF vacant space in our same shopping complex. Per the mask order, masks must be worn during training by all athletes. Symptom screening and temperature checks will take place before each training session.
